Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, **we follow a strict no-refund policy**.
Refunds **are not applicable** in the following cases:
- Change of decision after project has started
- Delay from client in providing materials
- Dissatisfaction after approval of design/layout
- Domain / hosting / third-party services
Cancellation Policy
- A client can request project cancellation only **before the work has started**.
- If cancellation is approved, only 20% administrative charges will be deducted.
- Once the work has started, **no cancellation or refund will be allowed**.
Advance Payment
- Advance payment is taken to reserve development time & resources and is **non-refundable**
Service Suspension
Maxionix reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Client fails to make timely payments
- Client violates the Terms & Conditions
