Service Agreement
- We provide website design, development, app development, maintenance, and digital services.
- Work begins **after advance payment** and required project materials (content, images, logo, etc.) are provided by the client.
Project Timeline
- Timelines may vary based on client feedback, approvals, and required inputs.
- Delays from the client side may extend the delivery date.
Revisions
- Revisions are provided as per the chosen package.
- Additional revisions are chargeable.
Payment Terms
- Payments once made are **non-transferable**
- All costs related to domain, hosting & third-party services are billed separately (unless included in package).
Client Responsibilities
The client must provide:
- Accurate business details, content & images
- Timely approvals and feedback
Maxionix is not responsible for:
- Copyright issues with client-provided materials
- Loss of business due to external factors like hosting failure, third-party downtime, Google ranking changes, etc.
Ownership
Full ownership of website will be transferred after project completion and full payment.
Termination
Maxionix reserves the right to stop services due to:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of services
- Misconduct or abusive behavior
